On the side of the body, the new car adopts a fastback design, and the inclined D-pillar is also more slender. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4905/1989/1719mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 2980mm, the same as the standard version of Touron. At the rear of the car, the area of the taillights is also further reduced, and the exhaust layout on both sides and two outlets is adopted at the lower part.
The interior is still in the stable style of Volkswagen, but its unique identity is highlighted in some details. Compared with Touron, the steering wheel of Touron X is more powerful. It is not surprising that the 10.25-inch LCD instrument appears in the car. The biggest difference is the air-conditioning control area. The replacement of the control panel adds a lot of freshness, but whether it is easy to use still needs to be tested by actual operation.
