When approaching sost, there is a checkpoint. Register your passport and take a photo. The process is very simple. After about 5 hours, we arrived at the terminal of the international shuttle bus—sost.
There is a simple customs clearance in the station, and then change money, everything is very simple.
Walking out of the station and wandering on the street, a very enthusiastic uncle helped us find a super-cheap car to Hunza.
From here, you will feel the true feelings that you are here to help you because you are Chinese.
It takes about an hour and a half to drive from sost to hunza, passing through many beautiful small villages. Although the autumn is gone, you can still see their beauty.
The mountains here are obviously much higher, high and steep, and the peaks are like sharp swords rushing straight into the sky, as if you can’t see the end even if you look up.
There will be people living in the river valley. Pasu is a relatively large village. There are many slogans piled up with stones on the mountain, saying welcome to Pasu. This is still different from the “Long live the Communist Party” we see in Tibetan areas.
Arrived at hunza after dark, and checked into the hotel where I stayed three years ago by a strange coincidence. I still remember that it was late at night when I arrived, and the window was dark.
