In 1935, the 25th Red Army, the 1st, 2nd, and 4th Front Army successively passed through the Liupanshan area. On October 7, 1935, the Central Red Army, under the command of Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai, Zhang Wentian, and Wang Jiaxiang, crossed the Liupanshan area. Panshan, at about 2 o’clock in the afternoon that day, Mao Zedong and other leading comrades from the central government led their troops to the main peak of Liupan Mountain. Returning geese from the south, you are not a hero if you don’t reach the Great Wall, and you have already traveled 20,000 miles! Liupan Mountain is the peak of the mountain, and the red flag is blowing in the west wind. If you get the long tassel today, when will you tie the black dragon?”. This “Long March Ballad”, which swallowed mountains and rivers, was revised eight times by Mao Zedong and became his favorite work in poetry – “Qing Ping Le·Liupan Mountain”. The mountain is famous for events, and the name is passed on by people, which makes Liupan Mountain famous all over the world. 
The Long March of the Red Army created a miracle in the history of China and foreign countries, and the eventful years will be remembered forever in history! The Ningxia brigade’s trip to Liupan Mountain is to inherit and carry forward the great spirit of the Long March and make the cross-country road farther and farther.

3. Camping equipment: tents, moisture-proof pads, sleeping bags, quilts, etc.
4. Suggested equipment: camera, video camera, cold-proof clothing, sun-proof clothing, sun hat, hiking shoes, magic headscarf, etc.
5. Due to the long distance, everyone can bring some snacks to satisfy their hunger.

3. Activity content and arrangement
(1) The first stage: Strengthen responsibility and ensure safety (before June 10, 2019).

(2) The second stage: Create an atmosphere and do a good job of publicity (June 10, 2019-June 13, 2019).
1. On June 10, 2019, the relevant person in charge will forward the edited post and other promotional materials in off-road groups and circle of friends and notify the participants to prepare accordingly.
2. On June 12, 2019, purchase the required items and check them repeatedly to ensure that the items are complete, especially emergency medicines.
3. On June 13, 2019, members of the cross-country e-family Ningxia brigade, including (Yinchuan, Shizuishan, Wuzhong, Zhongwei, Guyuan) representatives, were notified of relevant safety knowledge training and related matters.
4. On June 13, 2019, the members of the cross-country e-family Ningxia Brigade, including (Yinchuan, Shizuishan, Wuzhong, Zhongwei, Guyuan) determined the group leader and the list of team members; the representatives selected by each team recommended one person to be the team leader , and specify the list of members. After grouping, explain the matters that should be paid attention to in the activity to all members participating in the activity.
5. At 7:00 a.m. on June 15, 2019, gather and count the number of people in the service area of Yongning Expressway. Re-emphasize the precautions related to the activity and start on time.
6. Arrive at Guyuan at noon to sign in and rest. After arriving at the destination, carry out relevant activities (walking up Liupan Mountain), wonderful programs (such as red song duets by each group, performances by representatives of each group, etc.).
7. Go to family dinner and bonfire after the activity.

V. Activity Requirements
1. Each group must do the assigned work according to the requirements, and the groups must work together to ensure the smooth progress of the activity.
2. Be sure to ensure traffic safety during the journey.
3. Before departure, the person in charge of each group shall count the number of people to ensure that all the personnel are present.
4. Banners or flags are hung during the march, and each group organizes to sing popular songs.
5. Participants must absolutely obey the arrangements and are not allowed to walk or leave at will. The means of communication must be kept open for contact.
6. If you feel unwell or cannot participate in important events, you should report to the relevant person in charge in time.
7. Strictly stipulate the discipline of the team members, each person in charge knows where the emergency medicines are placed, and makes emergency preparations.
8. The garbage generated during the activity cannot be discarded casually, and the awareness of environmental protection should be established.
