D19 Shigatse～Everest Base Camp～Basong Village
The purpose of going today is to go to the base camp to see Mount Everest and take pictures of the sunset of Jinshan in the sunshine. The original plan was to live in a tent hotel, but seeing the poor conditions (7-8 people per tent, in case someone snores, don’t sleep this night), I decided to drive dozens of kilometers to live in Basong Village.
Going to Mount Everest may be everyone’s long-cherished wish, but only professional mountaineers can really get in touch with it. We ordinary people look up at Mount Everest up close.
